1. Scope
These terms govern your use of the marketing site at installstrata.com. Engagement work performed by STRATA for an operator under a separate written agreement is governed by that agreement and the related Data Processing Agreement, not by these site terms.
2. Use of the site
You may browse the site, submit a Revenue Audit booking, send a contact note, and read insights content. You agree not to attempt to interfere with the site, access non-public resources, or scrape content at automated volumes.
3. Submissions
Information you submit through the Revenue Audit booking or contact form is governed by the privacy notice. You confirm that the information you submit is accurate and that you are authorized to submit it on behalf of the organization you represent.
4. Content ownership
Site content (text, logos, design system, code) is owned by STRATA or its licensors. Insights posts may be cited with attribution. The Brand Operating System, identity system, and vertical-specific framing are not licensed for reuse by competitors or look-alike firms.
5. No professional advice
Site content is informational. The Revenue Audit produces a specific dollar figure of recoverable revenue against your data; the audit itself is the professional engagement, not this site.
6. Disclaimers
The site is provided as-is. STRATA disclaims warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose to the extent permitted by applicable law. STRATA is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from site use.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes are resolved in the state and federal courts located in New York, New York.
8. Changes
We may update these terms; the effective date above shows the current version. Material changes are noted with a brief summary at the top of this page for thirty days.
