2. Information we collect
- Audit submissions: name, business email, company, vertical, revenue band, source page, UTM parameters when present.
- Contact submissions: name, email, message body.
- Analytics: cookieless, aggregate page views via Plausible. No personally identifiable information is collected through analytics.
- Engagement data: under a signed engagement we process operator system-of-record data inside the operator's own systems. The Data Processing Agreement (DPA) is the governing instrument.
3. How we use information
We use submission information to deliver the Revenue Audit, to respond to contact inquiries, and to send the documented post-audit nurture sequence. We do not sell or share information with third parties for marketing.
4. Sub-processors
The current sub-processor list is published on the /security page. Changes are notified to active engagements before activation.
5. Retention
Audit submissions are retained for 24 months after the last communication. Engagement data is retained per the DPA terms. Contact submissions are retained for 12 months.
